我国校园足球教育的底层逻辑、现实挑战及推进理路研究

The Research about Important Underlying Logic,Realistic Challenge and Practical Approach of Chinese Campus Football

《中国足球改革发展总体方案》赋予了校园足球普及和竞技人才培育“一体两面”的任务,并指出我国对足球价值和规律认识不足,急功近利思想行为严重。当前我国校园足球正处于扩容基础上,探索面向精英培养,提升竞技人才培育、遴选和贯通人才输送通道,为足球后备人才储备贡献教育系统智慧与力量的攻坚阶段。但尤其对现代足球本质及其与校园足球开展的底层逻辑问题认知,尚处于“碎片化”或笼统绝对的模糊水平,仍是导致当前校园足球流于形式、行为盲目,甚至乱象的重要根源。由此,聚焦“校园何以足球”的底层逻辑及现实挑战,主要运用文献资料、专题座谈等方法,在理论上廓清了足球运动的文化本质,价值主体需求动态、多元、相对不确定性和足球运动表象特征基础上,并通过对现代足球起源中走进校园的基础、机缘与“初心”及不断繁荣发展演化成形史回溯,在学理和实践史层面厘清了现代足球的文化本质及其“天然”的教育渊源、底色等校园足球的底层逻辑,揭示了现代足球教育属性、价值应然之辩证发展观;并结合当前我国校园足球理想诉求与相关不足,提出现阶段何以振兴亟待明晰的重要理路,旨为推进我国校园足球“体教融合”攻坚提供基础认知及实践参考。

The"Overall Plan for the reform and development of Chinese Football"gives the parallel mission of popularizing football in campus and cultivating agonistic football talents.And it pointed out frankly that most football practitioners in China are eager for quick success and instant benefits due to the lack of understanding the value and law of football.At present,on the basis of continuous popularization and expansion,Chinese campus football is in a critical stage of further exploring the cultivation of expertise for elites,improving the cultivation,selection and transmission channels of competitive talents,and contributing educational wisdom and strength to the cultivation of Chinese football reserve talents.However,especially the fragmentary and vague cognizing of the essence of modern football and the underlying logical relationship of organizing campus football is still the root problem that make the popularization progress of campus football become formalized,sightless and disordered.In view of the above,focusing on the underlying logic and practical challenges of"Why campus Football",mainly using the methods of literature and thematic discussion etc,Firstly,based on a theoretical understanding of the cultural essence of football,the dynamic,diverse,relative uncertainty of value subject demands,and the superficial characteristics of football,and By reviewing the development history of campus football popularization,the article clarified the important underlying logic of campus football,which includes the cultural essence of modern football,its main source of education and background meaning.It reveals the dialectical development view that the educational attribute should be the important value of modern football.Consider the idealized goal and the inadequate current situation,the important theoretical path of how to revitalize,and urgently need to be clarified at the current stage has been proposed,aiming to provide basic cognition and practical reference for promoting the integration of sports and education in campus football in China.
