一种低压低噪声运算放大器的设计

Design of a Low Voltage and Low Noise Operational Amplifier

摘要 阐述基于0.18μm COMS标准工艺设计一种新型低压低噪声运算该放大器电路。相比传统运算,该放大器采用双端输入、双端输出,采用改进型反馈式AB类输出级,有效降低放大器噪声与功耗。 This paper describes the basis of 0.18μDesign a new low-voltage and low-noise operational amplifier circuit using COMS standard process.Compared to traditional operations,this amplifier adopts dual input and dual output,and an improved feedback type AB class output stage,effectively reducing amplifier noise and power consumption.
