摘要
阐述为提升教学效果,将仿真软件应用于CMOS数字集成电路的教学中。以CMOS反相器为例,利用LTspice软件构建电路模型,完成器件静态特性以及动态特性的仿真分析,加深学生对集成电路理论知识的理解,增强学生的电路设计能力。
This paper expounds the application of simulation software in the teaching of CMOS digital integrated circuits to improve teaching effectiveness.Taking CMOS inverters as an example,it uses LTspice software to construct circuit models,complete simulation analysis of device static and dynamic characteristics,deepen students'understanding of integrated circuit theory knowledge,and enhance their circuit design abilities.
