民族文化的传承与发展必须通过创造性转化与创新性发展来实现。创造性转化与创新性发展两者内涵、实现路径不同:创造性转化是传统文化的“古为今用”,实现传统文化价值的现代性转换;创新性发展是通过机制创新、管理创新和技术创新,使传统文化获得再生产能力。民族传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展面临全球化的挑战,需要通过政策支持、传承机制来应对,未来需要处理好文化多元性与民族传统文化保护之间的关系,注意创新技术、文化自信对民族传统文化发展带来的影响。

Creative transformation and innovative development,which are the inevitable course to carry forward and develop ethnic culture,differ from each other in connotations and paths toward realization.Creative transformation is to give the ethnic culture new life to serve today’s realities and needs so as to facilitate the modern change in cultural value,while innovative development is to enable traditional culture to gain reproductive forces by exploring new ground in mechanism,management and technology.However,both of them are confronted with the challenges brought by globalization,which should be addressed through policy support and cultural inheritance mechanism.In the future,it is of great necessity to balance the needs of diversity in culture and protection of ethnic culture,as well as pay attention to the impact of technological innovation and cultural confidence on the evolution of ethnic culture.
