摘要
工程应用型人才培养需要打破学科壁垒,注重对学生集成知识结构与知识迁移能力的训练。高校公共体育课具有“学科群”与“跨学科”的特性,能让学生生成具身经验、获得默会知识、提升实践智慧、形成职业认知,而要充分发挥这些隐性功能,高校公共体育课可使用个人和社会责任课程模式、体适能教育课程模式、运动教育课程模式、合作学习课程模式、拓展教育课程模式、动作教育课程模式等,使课程与工程教育的人才培养目标同频共振,注重人才培养的知识、能力、情感、态度及价值观的整体性,形成各学科互补、实践环节推动、专业素养跨界拓展、个性化柔性培养的教育模式。
To cultivate application-oriented talents of engineering,it is necessary to break down the barriers among different disciplines and lay emphasis on training students to form integrated knowledge structure and obtain knowledge transfer ability.As a general course in colleges and universities,physical education,which can be combined with other courses to form discipline clusters,will enable students to generate tangible experience,acquire tacit knowledge,enhance wisdom of practice,and form professional cognition.To give full play to these implicit educational functions,the physical education can adopt various course teaching modes that focus on personal and social responsibilities,physical fitness,sports,collaborative learning,extracurricular activities and physical actions.It should also be consistent with engineering education in the objectives of talent fostering by taking knowledge,ability,emotion,attitude and values as a whole.Besides,it needs to build up a practice-driven education mode with disciplines complementary to each other,where personalized and flexible training is offered and crossover development of professional qualities is valued.
