A Comparison of Different Standards of Lockwires

紧固件保险丝特别是双股保险丝是航空实践中应用最广泛的保险措施。国外的标准有波音标准、空客标准、CFM(国际发动机公司)标准和IAE(国际航空发动机公司)标准等,国内的标准有CAAC(中国民航)标准、中航工业标准等。不同的标准各有优劣,通过横向对比不同标准的特点,分析其在实践中的合理性,比较各自的优劣,为中国民航维修标准和实训授课的改进提供思路。

Lockwire,especially double-stranded lockwire,is the most widely used insurance measure in aviation practice.Foreign standards include Boeing standard,Airbus standard,CFM(International Engine Company)standard,IAE(International Aero Engines)standard,and so on.Domestic standards include CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China)standard,AVIC(Aviation Industry Corporation of China)standard,and so on.Different standards have their own advantages and disadvantages.Through horizontal comparison of the characteristics of different standards,this paper analyzes their rationality in practice,and compares their advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide ideas for CAAC maintenance standards andthe improvement of practical training.
