不同种类沥青混合料抗车辙性能研究

摘要 为提升沥青路面抗车辙性能,通过车辙试验对常用抗车辙材料(SBS改性沥青混合料、半柔性沥青路面材料、掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料)进行室内试验分析,并对3种沥青混合料进行高温稳定性能、水稳定性能及低温性能等路用性能试验。结果表明,采用半柔性沥青路面材料与掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料可显著提高沥青路面的抗车辙性能,老化后半柔性沥青路面材料抗车辙性能优于掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料;半柔性沥青路面材料的抗水损坏性能较优,但是,半柔性沥青路面材料的低温弯拉应变指标略低于规范值,掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料低温性能优于半柔性沥青路面材料。研究结果为不同应用场景下沥青路面提升抗车辙性能提供思路。 In order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement,rut test was carried out to analyze the commonly used rutting resistance materials(SBS modified asphalt mixture,semi-flexible asphalt pavement material,asphalt mixture mixed with rutting agent),and road performance tests such as high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature performance were carried out on the three asphalt mixtures.The results show that,the anti-rutting performance of asphalt pavement can be significantly improved by using semi-flexible asphalt pavement material and adding anti-rut agent asphalt mixture,and the anti-rutting performance of semi-flexible asphalt pavement material is better than that of anti-rut agent asphalt mixture after aging.The water damage resistance of semi-flexible asphalt pavement material is better,but the low temperature bending and tensile strain index of semi-flexible asphalt pavement material is slightly lower than the standard value,and the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture with anti-rut agent is better than that of semi-flexible asphalt pavement material.The research results provide an idea for improving the anti-rutting performance of asphalt pavement in different application scenarios.
