摘要
随着社会经济快速发展,食品行业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,其安全与质量问题受到社会各界的广泛关注。近年来,食品安全事故频发,不仅严重威胁到公众的健康与生命安全,还给食品行业带来了巨大的经济损失和信誉危机。因此,加强食品检验检测的质量控制,对于提高食品检验检测的准确性和可靠性,保障食品安全,具有重要作用。本文从工作制度、节点控制、环境条件3个方面分析食品检验检测质量控制及细节问题,并提出解决策略。
With the rapid development of social economy,the food industry as an important part of the national economy,its safety and quality issues have been widely concerned by all walks of life.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents has not only seriously threatened the health and life safety of the public,but also brought huge economic losses and credit crisis to the food industry.Therefore,strengthening the quality control of food inspection and testing plays an important role in improving the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing and ensuring food safety.This paper analyzes the quality control and details of food inspection from three aspects:work system,node control and environmental conditions,and puts forward solutions.
