摘要
随着体育舞蹈项目的发展,运动员之间的竞争日益激烈,对其竞技能力、体能储备和运动恢复的要求也越来越高。运动员需要具备良好的力量、速度、耐力、柔韧和协调等身体素质,这些素质的发展与饮食营养之间存在紧密的联系。尤其是正处于生长发育关键期的青少年体育舞蹈运动员,在日常训练中更应注重合理的饮食搭配。本文通过查阅相关文献资料,归纳和总结了体育舞蹈运动的主要特点以及青少年体育舞蹈运动员的身体素质和饮食营养的总体需求,并提出了针对性的膳食建议,旨在提升青少年体育舞蹈运动员的竞技表现。
With the development of dancesport,the competition between athletes has become increasingly fierce,and the requirements for their athletic ability,physical reserve and sports recovery have also increased.Athletes need to have good physical qualities such as strength,speed,endurance,flexibility and coordination,and the development of these qualities is closely linked to dietary nutrition.In particular,young dancesport athletes who are in the critical period of growth and development should pay more attention to a reasonable diet in their daily training.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of dancesport and the overall needs of physical fitness and diet and nutrition of young dancesport athletes by reviewing relevant literature,and puts forward targeted dietary suggestions to improve the competitive performance of young dancesport athletes.
