摘要
基于质谱技术平台的代谢组学方法,在毒理学研究领域中展现出高灵敏与高检测通量的特性。这一方法为准确揭示环境毒物暴露导致的毒性效应提供了坚实的基础,进而有助于更深入地揭示环境毒物的毒性作用机制。本文综述了代谢组学方法的主要分析平台,重点讨论了基于质谱技术的代谢组学方法在评估环境中重金属、纳米塑料及内分泌干扰物毒性方面的应用及其发展前景。
Metabolomics methods based on mass spectrometry technology platform demonstrate high sensitivity and high detection throughput in the field of toxicology research.This method provides a solid foundation for accurately revealing the toxic effects of environmental toxicant exposure,thereby helping us to further understand the toxic mechanisms of environmental toxicants.The main analytical platforms of metabolomics methods were summarized,with a focus on discussing the application and future prospects of metabolomics methods based on mass spectrometry technology in assessing the toxicity of heavy metals,nanoplastics,and endocrine disrupting chemicals in the environment.
