摘要
针对某炼油及化工企业的循环水站排放水、含油废水站排放水、电脱盐废水、原油罐切水、烟气脱硫废水等含油分高、含盐量高、水质差异大等特点。含盐、含油废水两个系统采用了预处理与双膜法回用。高盐废水分质处理采用了隔油、涡凹气浮、溶气气浮、复合A/O、臭氧催化氧化、多级曝气生物滤池、加炭沉淀的组合工艺。分别介绍了三个水系统的处理工艺流程、设计参数及运行成本,也展示了项目重点、难点与设计解决方案。本工程在达标达产的同时,还将约50%的废水资源化利用,提高了企业全厂的水资源回用率。
The discharge water of circulating water station,discharge water of oil wastewater station,electric desalting wastewater,raw oil tank cutting water,flue gas desulphurization wastewater of a refinery and chemical enterprise has the characteristics of high oil content,high salt content and great difference in water quality.The salt and oil wastewater were treated and reused by double membrane method.The high salt wastewater was treated by a combination of oil isolation,cavitation air flotation,dissolved air flotation,composite A/O,ozone catalytic oxidation,multistage biological aerated filter and carbon precipitation.The treatment process flow,design parameters and operation cost of the three water systems were introduced respectively,and the key points,difficulties and design solutions of the project were also presented.The project not only met the standards,but also recyled about 50%of the wastewater,which improved the reuse rate of water resources in the whole plant.
