石化行业挥发性有机液体储罐浮顶选型研究

摘要 为响应生态环境部加强挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理、改善环境空气质量的要求,分析了石油化工行业中储存挥发性有机液体的储罐浮顶和边缘密封的选型。通过比较不同材质(包括碳钢、不锈钢、玻璃钢等)和结构形式(单盘式、双盘式、蜂巢式等)浮顶的优缺点,重点讨论了不锈钢双盘式和碳钢单盘式浮顶在规范符合性、施工难易度、经济性方面的优缺点。针对现有储罐的浮顶改造,也提供了基于储罐状况的选型建议。 In response to the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to strengthen the management of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and improve air quality,the selection of floating roofs and edge seals for storage tanks of volatile organic liquids in the petrochemical industry was analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different materials(including carbon steel,stainless steel,and glass fiber reinforced plastics)and structural forms(single-plate,double-plate,and honeycomb),the advantages and disadvantages of stainless steel double-plate and carbon steel single-plate floating roofs in terms of conformity with regulations,construction difficulty,and economic feasibility were focused on.The selection suggestions were also provided for existing tank floating roof retrofits based on the condition of the tank.
