降低甲醇制烯烃项目烯烃分离装置运行成本研究

摘要 甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术是将甲醇转化为低碳烯烃(乙烯、丙烯)的化工工艺,该项技术对于平衡低碳烯烃的供需、减少对原油进口的依赖以及促进国家能源安全具有重大意义。降低生产运行成本,才能在竞争日趋激烈的煤化工行业中占有优势;结合某1 800 kt/a甲醇制烯烃(MTO)项目烯烃分离装置Lummus烯烃分离工艺技术特点及生产运行经验,从工艺流程优化、开停工优化、工艺操作优化等方面分析降低烯烃分离装置能耗、物耗的措施,达到节约了运行成本的效果;同时为同类项目改造及新建同类项目提供了优化参考,持续推动甲醇制烯烃工业低能耗发展发挥有益的促进作用。 Methanol to olefin(MTO)technology is a chemical process that converts methanol into low-carbon olefins(ethylene,propylene).This technology is of great significance for balancing the supply and demand of low-carbon olefins,reducing dependence on crude oil imports,and promoting national energy security.Reducing production and operating costs is the key to gaining an advantage in the increasingly competitive coal chemical industry.Based on the technical characteristics and production operation experience of the Lummus olefin separation process in a certain 1800 kt/a methanol to olefin(MTO)project,the measures was analyzed to reduce energy and material consumption of the olefin separation device from the aspects of process flow optimization,start stop optimization,and process operation optimization,achieving the effect of saving operating costs.At the same time,optimization references were provided for the renovation and construction of similar projects,and the low energy consumption development of the methanol to olefin industry was continuously promoted,playing a beneficial role in promoting it.
