工程材料课程仿真模拟实验教学改革应用研究

摘要 工程材料课程的理论性与实践性均很强,相关实验在加深学生对知识的理解方面有着重要的作用。结合机械类专业的教学体系及模式,总结了目前工程材料课程实验教学的现状,阐明了仿真模拟技术在教学中的作用,研究了材料性能模拟软件在课程实验教学中的实际应用。结果证明,通过引入仿真模拟实验,可培养学生的创新意识,能提升学生的学习兴趣,同时提高教学效果。另外,该模式可对工程材料课程的建设与教学改革起到参考借鉴作用。 Engineering materials is a course combined with strong theory and practice,and the related experiments has an important role in enhancing students understanding of the knowledge.Combined with teaching system and mode of machinery majors,the current situation of experiment teaching for Engineering Materials course was summarized,the role of simulation technique in teaching was illustrated,and the practical application of material property simulation software in experiment teaching was studied.The result showed that students consciousness of innovation was cultivated,students interest of learning was promoted,and teaching efficiency was improved by introducing the simulation experiments.Besides,the model had certain reference significance for the course construction and teaching reform of engineering materials courses.
