基于功率键合图理论的仿生馈能减震座椅设计

摘要 为有效衰减工程机械车辆的低频振动,设计了一种应用于重型车辆的馈能减震座椅.首先,模仿袋鼠下肢骨骼的多连杆串联结构设计“X”型减震结构;其次,利用功率键合图建立减震座椅模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink模块进行数值仿真;最后,采用SolidWorks建立三维模型,导入ADAMS进行运动仿真,并与数值仿真结果进行对比分析.仿真结果表明:振动频率越大,能量回收系统的输出功率越高;当振动频率为2 Hz时,峰值输出功率为0.75 W,能够为车辆内各传感器供电,进而实现减震和馈能.该设计为减震座椅的馈能特性研究提供了新思路. In order to effectively attenuate the low-frequency vibration of construction machinery vehicles,a energy harvesting damping seat designed for heavy-duty vehicles is developed.Firstly,the“x”type shock absorbing structure is designed to imitate the multi-link series structure of kan-garoo lower bones.Secondly,the power bond graph is used to establish the damping seat model,and the numerical simulation is carried out by MATLAB/Simulink module.Finally,SolidWorks is used to build a three-dimensional model,which is imported into ADAMS for motion simulation and compared with the numerical simulation results.The simulation results show that the higher the vibration frequency,the higher the output power of the energy harvesting system.When the vibra-tion frequency is 2 Hz,the peak output power is 0.75 W,which can supply power to the sensors inside the vehicle.Therefore,the energy harvesting system of the seat can achieve damping and energy harvesting effect,which provides a new idea for the energy-regenerative performance of the damping seat.
