摘要
教师职业能力是教师专业发展的前提和基础,是师范生综合素质的重要体现.通过对在校师范生的调查,发现地方高师院校师范生的教师职业能力存在职业认同感较弱、教育理念滞后、教学实践技能有待增强、专业发展意识薄弱等问题.为解决传统师范生培养过程中出现的难题,洛阳师范学院2018年创建“大地明师”实验班,将学习发展共同体理论实践化,通过优化课程结构、名师引领、课改教师示范实践等措施,实践探索高师院校师范专业学生培养新模式.实践表明,师范生的教师职业认同感得到了增强,教育理念持续更新,教学实践技能不断提升且终身学习意识不断增强,师范生的教师职业能力得到了提升.
Teachers’professional ability is the premise and foundation of teachers’professional development,and it is also an important embodiment of the comprehensive quality of normal students.The investigation of normal students shows that the professional ability of normal students in local normal colleges and universities exists such problems as weak professional identity,lagging educational concepts,weak teaching practice skills,and weak awareness of professional development.Luoyang Normal University created the experimental workshop of“Master on the Earth”in 2018,integrated the theory of learning and development community into practice,and explored the new mode of training normal students in normal universities by optimizing the curriculum structure,teaching by famous teachers,and demonstrating the teaching practice by teachers in curriculum reform.The teaching reform shows that the professional identity of normal students has been strengthened,the educational concepts have been continuously updated,their teaching practice skills have been continuously improved,the awareness of lifelong learning has been continuously enhanced,and teacher’s professional ability of normal students has been improved.
