新时代高校发展性资助育人工作探究

Research on Development-oriented Funding for Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

资助育人工作包含资助与育人两个方面,两者相互联系、相互促进,资助促进育人,育人是资助工作的根本目的.作为高等院校学生工作的重要组成部分,资助育人工作在国家扶贫、促进教育公平等领域皆发挥着重要作用.新时代高校落实发展性资助育人成效需要进一步理解资助工作内涵、创新资助形式,重视受助对象发展性需求,实现受助对象的全面发展.

Funding for education consists of two interrelated and mutually reinforcing aspects funding and education,funding promotes education,and education is the fundamental purpose of funding.Funding for education in colleges and universities plays an important role in the fields such as national poverty alleviation and promotion of education equity.This study suggests that in the new era colleges and universities should further understand the connotation of funding for education,innovate funding forms,give attention to the developmental needs of recipients,and fulfill the comprehensive development of recipients,so as to implement the effectiveness of development-oriented funding for education.
