基于改进蝴蝶算法的相位编码雷达低旁瓣波形设计

摘要 针对相位编码信号波形旁瓣抑制的问题,采用了低旁瓣波形优化和失配滤波器权值优化两种方法进行研究。以传统优化算法为基础提出了改进蝴蝶优化算法(Improved Butterfly optimization algorithm,IBOA)进行旁瓣抑制。在低旁瓣波形优化设计方面,以峰值旁瓣电平比和旁瓣能量为准则建立了低旁瓣波形优化函数,引入逻辑映射生成初始编码矩阵,提出非线性变化收敛系数和非线性惯性权重改进蝴蝶算法进行波形优化设计。基于失配滤波器的设计,失配滤波器的设计标准是降低峰值旁瓣和积分旁瓣电平,而优化约束为失配滤波损失,通过改进蝴蝶算法进行失配滤波器的优化设计。通过实验仿真验证了波形的旁瓣特性和失配滤波器的性能优势。说明了改进蝴蝶算法在波形优化设计方向具有更优的性能表现。 To address the problem of phase coded signal waveform side-lobe suppression,two methods,low side-lobe waveform optimization and mismatch filter weight optimization,are investigated.An Improved Butterfly Optimization algorithm(IBOA)is proposed based on the conventional optimization algorithm for side-lobe suppression.In terms of low side-lobe waveform optimization design,this paper establishes a low side-lobe waveform optimization function using the peak side-lobe level ratio and side-lobe energy as criteria,introduces a logic mapping to generate the initial coding matrix,and proposes a non-linear variation convergence factor and a non-linear inertia weight improved butterfly algorithm for waveform optimization design.Based on the design of the mismatch filter,the design criteria of the mismatch filter is to reduce the peak side-lobe and integral side-lobe levels,while the optimization constraint is the mismatch filter loss,and the optimal design of the mismatch filter is carried out by the improved butterfly algorithm.Experimental simulations are performed to verify the side-lobe characteristics of the waveform and the performance advantages of the mismatch filter.It is shown that the improved butterfly algorithm has better performance in the direction of waveform optimization design.
