核电站蒸汽发生器在役更换焊接技术的探讨

摘要 针对蒸汽发生器(Steam Generator, SG)在役更换过程中新SG与旧主管道的焊接,从母材可焊性、焊接工艺方法及焊接检验实施三个方面展开分析探讨,可知:(1)热老化及辐照会影响主管道侧材料的力学性能,但材料双相比例及形态无明显变化,仍具备较好的焊接性;(2)窄间隙机械氩弧焊工艺相比手工焊工艺,更适用于新SG进出口安全端与旧主管道的焊接,焊接时应采用较小的热输入,并合理安排施焊顺序,以减小焊接残余应力;(3)采用智能化、自动化程度更高的先进焊接技术和设备工装,可提高工作效率、减小人员辐照剂量的累积。以上研究可为国内在运核电机组后续SG在役更换焊接工作提供参考。
