铝镍钴合金颗粒在增强复合材料中的静态响应

摘要 将铝镍钴合金掺入金属基体可制备出颗粒增强体复合材料,并应用于航空航天等领域。本文提供了弹性基体中考虑热电效应和表面效应的铝镍钴合金微球颗粒的理论和模拟结果。基于非局部弹性理论、耦合界面理论和特征值法,推导了铝镍钴合金微球在外部载荷作用下的控制方程,获得了相应地理论结果与有限元模拟结果。数值算例揭示了温度变化、非局部参数和表面性质对力场和电场中静态响应的影响。结果表明,铝镍钴合金微球颗粒能够增强基体的力学性能。此结果有助于设计和评估颗粒增强复合材料。 Particle-reinforced composite materials can be prepared by incorporating Al-Ni-Co alloy into the metal matrix and applied in aerospace and other fields.This paper aims to provide theoretical and simulation results for Al-Ni-Co alloy microsphere particle considering thermoelectric and surface effects within an elastic matrix.Based on the non-local elasticity theory,coupled interface theory,and eigenvalue method,the control equation for Al-Ni-Co alloy microsphere particle under external load is derived.The obtained theoretical results for responses are accompanied by corresponding finite element simulation results.Through numerical examples,the effects of temperature changes,non-local parameters,and surface properties on static responses in the mechanical and electric fields are revealed.The results indicate that Al-Ni-Co alloy microsphere particle can enhance the mechanical properties of the matrix.Consequently,the results in this paper contribute remarkably to the design and evaluation of particle-reinforced composite materials.
