航天机加车间数字孪生虚拟重构技术研究与应用

摘要 航天器结构产品机械加工生产过程存在生产组织管理难度大、管控和优化难度大等问题,随着航天器结构产品总量和批量持续增加,现有制造模式无法满足未来发展需求。本文提出一种航天机加车间数字孪生虚拟重构技术,建立航天机加车间虚拟数字孪生体,在不调整设备布局的情况下,形成可视化连续运行的虚拟生产线,经应用验证可满足不同类型、不同批量产品的混线生产,有效减少因产品不同、工艺不同频繁变换设备而导致的生产不连续问题,可提升生产过程管控能力、设备利用率以及生产线快速响应能力,满足总量和批量持续增加的航天型号任务需求。 The machining production process of spacecraft structural products face difficulties in production organization and management,as well as in control and optimization.With the continuous increasing in the total quantity and batch size of spacecraft structural products,current manufacturing model cannot meet future development needs.This article proposes a digital twin based virtual reconstruction technology for aerospace product machining workshop.A virtual digital twin body for spacecraft workshop is established,and a visual continuous virtual production line is formed without adjusting the equipment layout,which has been verified to meet the mixed production of different types and batches of products,effectively reducing production discontinuity problems caused by frequent equipment changes due to different products and processes.It can provide strong support for improving production process control capabilities,equipment utilization rate,and rapid response capabilities of production lines,to meet the increasing demand for aerospace tasks.
