摘要
为探讨钛白粉对复合型脱硝催化剂性能的影响,对钛白粉生产的脱硝催化剂在高温条件下的催化活性进行了评价。实验结果表明高温下随着时间的延长,催化剂的比表面积逐渐降低、峰高增大、脱硝效率下降、表面积反应量先降低再上升。这说明由钛白粉生产的脱硝催化剂在高温条件下稳定性能良好。脱硝效率随着高温反应时间的延长呈下降趋势,主要是由于催化剂比表面积的减少造成的。
To investigate the effect of titanium dioxide on the performance of composite denitration catalyst,the denitration catalyst were prepared and analyzed under the coudition of high-temperature.At high temperatures,as time increases,the specific surface area of the catalyst gradually decreases,the peak height increases,the denitrification efficiency decreases,and the surface area reaction amount first decreases and then increases.The denitration catalyst produced by titanium dioxide has good stability at high temperature.The denitrification efficiency shows a decreasing trend with the extension of high-temperature treatment time.It can be seen that the decrease in denitrification activity is mainly caused by the decrease in catalyst specific surface area.
