老年运动健康教育:理论依据、现实基础与实践进路

摘要 老年运动健康教育是新时代老年教育与老年体育交叉融合的一个新命题。从理论层面看,马克思关于人的全面发展理论、终身教育理论、积极老龄化理论和终身体育理论为老年运动健康教育提供了理论依据。从现实层面看,国家政策法规支持、老年学习需求增长、老年教育机构数量增加和国际发展的先行经验为开展老年运动健康教育奠定了良好基础。应通过以多样化内容为核心、以多渠道揽才为基础、以具身性学习为抓手、以全过程评价为依据、以全方位支持为保障等举措,构建和完善老年运动健康教育课程体系、师资体系、教学体系、评价体系和支撑体系,促进老年运动健康教育有效开展。 Sports health education for the aged is a new proposition of the cross integration of education and physical education for the aged in the new era.From the theoretical point of view,Marx’s theory of all-round human development,lifelong education theory,active aging theory and lifelong physical education theory provide theoretical basis for sports health education for the aged.From a practical point of view,national policy guidance,the growth of elderly learning needs,the increase in the number of elderly education institutions,evidence-based scientific research and the leading experience of international development have laid a good foundation for the development of elderly sports and health education.Based on this,it is proposed to construct and improve the curriculum system,teacher system,teaching system,evaluation system and support system of sports health education for the elderly with active aging as the guide,diversified content as the core,multi-channel talent recruitment as the basis,embodied learning as the starting point,whole process evaluation as the basis,and all-round support as the guarantee.So as to promote the effective development of sports health education for the aged.
