生物质灰土壤调理剂对烟草青枯病的防控效果

摘要 为考察生物质灰土壤调理剂与微生物菌剂配施对烟草青枯病的防治效果,开展了田间小区试验。试验以不施土壤调理剂和微生物菌剂的处理为对照,土壤调理剂施用量设150、200、300 kg/亩(1亩=667 m^(2))等3个水平,测定了不同处理的土壤理化性状、烟草农艺性状、烟草青枯病发病率等指标。结果表明,生物质灰土壤调理剂施用量为300 kg/亩的效果最好,处理前后土壤pH由5.30提高至6.30,不同生育时期的烟草株高、有效叶片数、平均叶面积和叶面积系数均优于其他处理的,青枯病发病率由对照处理的45.6%降至7.4%。生物质灰土壤调理剂与微生物菌剂配施可以降低青枯病的发病率,促进烟株生长。 A field plot experiment is carried out in order to investigate the prevention and control effect of biomass ash soil conditioner combined with microbial agent on tobacco bacterial wilt.The experiment uses the treatment without soil conditioner and microbial agent as the control,and the application amount of soil conditioner is set at three levels,150,200 and 300 kg/mu(1 mu=667 m^(2)).The soil physical and chemical properties,tobacco agronomic properties,incidence rate of tobacco bacterial wilt and other indicators of different treatments are measured accordingly.The results show that the treatment of 300 kg/mu of biomass ash soil conditioner has the best effect,soil pH increases from 5.30 before treatment to 6.30 after treatment.Furthermore,the plant height,effective leaf number,average leaf area and leaf area coefficient of tobacco in different growth stages are all better than that of other treatments,and the incidence rate of bacterial wilt decreases to 7.4%comparing with 45.6%from the control treatment.The application of biomass ash soil conditioner combined with microbial agent can reduce the incidence rate of bacterial wilt and promote the growth of tobacco plants.
