钾离子通道Eag1在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 Eag1(ether-à-go-go-1,又称Kv10.1、KCNH1)是电压门控钾离子(potassium,K+)通道KCNH基因家族成员,主要在中枢神经系统以及多种恶性肿瘤中表达,并在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到重要的作用。研究Eag1的分布和作用机制对揭示其生理功能以及与病理机制具有十分重要的意义。该文综述了目前Eag1的生理和病理特性,Eag1与肿瘤发展演化的关系以及Eag1调节剂抗肿瘤应用的研究进展。 Eag1(ether-à-go-go-1,also known as Kv10.1,KCNH1)is a member of the KCNH gene family of voltage-gated potassiumion(K+)channels,which is mainly expressed in the central nervous system as well as in a variety of malignancies and plays an important role in tumor development.The study of the distribution and mechanism of action of Eag1 is of great importance to reveal its physiological function and its association with pathological mechanisms.This paper reviews the current research progress on the physiological and pathological properties of Eag1,the relationship between Eag1 and tumor development and the anti-tumor application of Eag1 modulators.
