中药穴位贴敷联合临床针对性护理对胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者的疗效及睡眠质量的影响

The Therapeutic Effect and Sleep Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combinedwith Clinical Targeted Nursing on Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Pancreatitis

目的:分析中药穴位贴敷联合临床针对性护理对胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者的疗效及睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院消化内科收治的胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予针对性护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理联合中药穴位贴敷护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,并比较2组患者胃肠功能恢复情况及临床疗效。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组血清淀粉酶和肠鸣音恢复时间、首次自主排便时间、腹胀和腹痛缓解时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:对胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者予以中药穴位贴敷联合临床针对性护理,不仅利于促进临床疗效提升,还可改善患者胃肠功能,提高睡眠质量,加速病情康复速度。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect and sleep quality of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with clinical targeted nursing on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 108 patients with pancreatitis and gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Quanzhou First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received targeted nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients,and to compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function and clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The recovery time of serum amylase and bowel sounds,first spontaneous defecation time,abdominal distension and pain relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and clinical targeted nursing for patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in pancreatitis is not only beneficial for promoting clinical efficacy,but also for improving gastrointestinal function,improving sleep quality,and accelerating disease recovery speed.
