摘要
目的:探讨回馈教育结合模块式健康教育对过敏性紫癜患儿恐惧心理及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年4月福建医科大学附属第二医院儿科收治的过敏性紫癜患儿80例作为研究对象,随机分观察组和对照组,每组40例。分别实施回馈教育结合模块式健康教育和常规健康教育,对比2组紫癜患儿的恐惧心理评分改善情况、症状消退时间及睡眠质量。结果:观察组紫癜患儿护理后恐惧心理及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回馈教育结合模块式健康有利于缩短紫癜病情恢复时间,促进患儿恐惧心理及睡眠质量的改善。
Objective:To explore the effects of feedback education combined with modular health education on fear and sleep quality of children with anaphylactoid purpura.Methods:A total of 80 children with anaphylactoid purpura treated in our hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Feedback education combined with modular health education and routine health education were implemented respectively,and the improvement of fear score,symptom resolution time and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of fear psychology and sleep quality of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05).Symptom resolution time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedback education combined with modular health can shorten the recovery time of purpura disease,and promote the improvement of fear and sleep quality of children.
