保护动机理论的护理措施对维持性血液透析尿毒症患者的并发症及睡眠质量影响

Effects of Nursing Measures Based on Protective Motivation Theory on Complicationsand Sleep Quality of Maintenance Hemodialysis Uremia Patients

目的:探究针对维持性血液透析尿毒症患者予以保护动机理论的护理措施进行护理干预后,对其并发症以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年5月福建厦门大学附属中山医院肾内科血透室收治并进行维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者130例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予保护动机理论的护理干预措,比较2组并发症、生命质量、肾功能变化、睡眠质量、护理满意等情况。结果:观察组患者的生命质量、护理满意率均高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组尿素氮、肌酐水平及并发症低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:为维持性血液透析尿毒症患者提供保护动机理论的护理干预措施后,可有效减少其并发症,提高其生命质量,改善其肾功能,促进其有效睡眠。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the complications and sleep quality of maintenance hemodialysis uremia patients after nursing measures to protective motivation theory.Methods:A total of 130 patients with uremia who received maintenance hemodialysis from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention based on protective motivation theory.The complications,quality of life,changes in renal function,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life and satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the score of sleep quality was lower than that in control group(P s<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Providing protective motivation theory nursing intervention measures for maintenance hemodialysis uremia patients can effectively reduce the complications of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patients′kidney function,and promote effective sleep of patients.
