分析优质护理在经皮微创手术治疗脊柱压缩骨折患者护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Application Effect of High-quality Nursing on the Nursing of Patients with Spinal CompressionFractures Undergoing Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Surgery and Its Impact on Sleep Quality

目的:分析优质护理在经皮微创手术治疗脊柱压缩骨折患者护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院骨科收治的因脊柱压缩骨折入院患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者应用个案管理理念指导下的优质护理干预。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量,并比较2组患者不良反应的发生率。结果:术前、术后3 d及出院后1个月,观察组患者VAS、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);住院及随访期间,2组患者不良事件发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者再骨折率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个案管理理念指导下的优质护理用于微创手术治疗的脊柱压缩骨折患者可实现有效镇痛,提高患者的睡眠质量,加快患者的康复进程,并有效降低再骨折发生风险,建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing on the nursing of patients with spinal compression fractures undergoing percutaneous minimally invasive surgery and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 110 patients admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital in Fujian Province from June 2020 to June 2022 due to spinal compression fractures were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received high-quality nursing interventions guided by the concept of case management.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception of two groups of patients.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of two groups of patients before and after intervention,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Before surgery,3 days after surgery,and 1 month after discharge,the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).During hospitalization and follow-up,the incidence of adverse events in the two groups of patients was similar(P>0.05),and the observation group had a significantly lower rate of refractures than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of case management philosophy,high-quality nursing for patients with spinal compression fractures undergoing minimally invasive surgery can achieve effective pain relief,improve their sleep quality,accelerate their recovery process,and effectively reduce the risk of recurrent fractures.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
