自我角色认同与自我松弛音乐疗法在恢复期精神分裂症中的应用

Self-role Identification and Self-relaxation Music Therapy in Recovering Schizophrenia

目的:研究自我角色认同护理结合自我松弛音乐疗法对恢复期精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月南安市康复院收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行自我松弛音乐疗法,观察组同时行自我角色认同护理。比较2组精神症状、睡眠质量、社会功能及治护依从程度。结果:干预后,观察组的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的治护依从程度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我角色认同护理结合自我松弛音乐疗法对改善恢复期精神分裂症患者的精神症状、睡眠质量和社会功能均有显著作用,对提高治护依从程度亦有良好效果。

Objective:To study the effect of self-role identity care combined with self-relaxation music therapy on recovering schizophrenic patients.Methods:Seventy patients with recovering schizophrenia admitted to Nan′an Rehabilitation Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and grouped into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Self-relaxation music therapy was performed in the control group,while self-role identity care was added in the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of psychiatric symptoms,sleep quality,social functioning and compliance with treatment and care.Results:After the intervention,the scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Positive Symptom Rating Scale(SAPS),and Negative Symptom Rating Scale(SANS)ratings were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Social Functioning Deficit Screening Scale(SDSS)ratings were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The observation group had a higher level of adherence to treatment and care than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-role identity care combined with self-relaxation music therapy had a significant effect on improving psychiatric symptoms,sleep quality,and social functioning in recovering schizophrenic patients,and was also effective in increasing adherence to treatment and care.
