“一带一路”背景下吉林省中小企业竞争力提升的策略分析

摘要 吉林省中小企业在提升竞争力过程中面临融资难、技术创新不足、国际市场开拓困难、企业人才国际化水平不高等问题。吉林省中小企业应重点提升融资能力、加强技术创新和研发投入、拓展国际市场和建立合作网络、培养和引进国际化人才等,以能够更好地适应“一带一路”倡议的要求,提升自身的竞争力,并在全球市场中获得更多发展机会。 In the process of enhancing competitiveness,small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province are faced with financing problems,insufficient technological innovation,difficulties in developing international market and low level of internationalization of enterprise talents.They should focus on improving financing capacity,strengthening technological innovation and R&D investment,expanding the international market and establishing cooperation networks,training and introducing international talents,so as to better adapt to the requirements of“the Belt and Road”initiative,enhance their competitiveness,and obtain more development opportunities in the global market.
