摘要
本文概述了快速检测技术在食品品质、农药残留、非法添加物质检测中的应用,总结了食品安全监管中常见的快速检测技术,包括免疫分析、试纸条检测、酶抑制、化学比色测定和生物传感器技术。为提高快速检测技术的应用效果,提出了细化监管内容、优化应用流程、加强生态防控、控制抗药性药物使用以及建立预警机制等策略。快速检测技术将向智能化和高效化方向发展,并在更多领域得到应用。
This paper summarized the application of rapid detection technology in food quality,pesticide residues and illegal additives detection,and discussed the common rapid detection technologies in food safety supervision,including immunoassay,paper detection,enzyme inhibition,chemical colorimetric determination and biosensor technology.In order to improve the application effect of rapid detection technology,some strategies were put forward,such as fine supervision content,optimizing application process,strengthening ecological prevention and control,controlling drug resistance and establishing early warning mechanism.The rapid detection technology will develop in the direction of intelligence and efficiency,and will be applied in more fields.
