摘要
目的:明确我国三大花生主产区辽宁、山东和河南的主要花生品种营养成分含量的差异,为筛选出富含微量元素、维生素、白藜芦醇和β-谷甾醇的花生品种提供理论依据,也为充分发挥花生种植的地域优势提供参考。方法:对上述3个地区的22个花生品种的微量元素、维生素E、白藜芦醇、β-谷甾醇成分进行测定,并对3个地区花生品种的成分含量平均值进行计算和比较分析。结果:3个地区花生品种均含有丰富的营养成分,其中钙、白藜芦醇及β-谷甾醇含量排序均为辽宁>河南>山东;铁和硒含量排序均为辽宁>山东>河南,锌含量排序为河南>山东>辽宁;总维生素E含量排序为河南>辽宁>山东。结论:辽宁地区的花生品种在钙、铁、硒、白藜芦醇及β-谷甾醇含量上优于河南和山东;河南地区的花生品种在总维生素E及锌含量上优于山东和辽宁;辽宁地区中葫芦岛较锦州黑山、义县及阜新阜蒙县具有花生种植的地域优势;品种‘四粒红’在β-谷甾醇含量上较其他品种有一定优势。
Objective:To identify the differences in nutrient contents among the major peanut varieties from Liaoning,Shandong and Henan,the three major peanut producing areas of China,and to screen for micronutrient,vitamins,resveratrol andβ-sitosterol in peanut varieties provide a theoretical basis,also to give full play to the regional advantages of peanut cultivation to provide a reference.Method:The contents of micronutrient,vitamin E,resveratrol andβ-sitosterol in 22 peanut varieties from the three regions were determined,after that,the average value of component content of peanut varieties in three areas was calculated and compared.Result:Peanut cultivars from three regions were rich in nutrients,and the calcium,resveratrol andβ-sitosterol contents were all ranked in the order of Liaoning>Henan>Shandong;the iron and selenium contents were all ranked in the order of Liaoning>Shandong>Henan.The Zinc content ranking was Henan>Shandong>Liaoning;the total vitamin E content ranking was Henan>Liaoning>Shandong.Conclusion:The contents of calcium,iron,selenium,resveratrol andβ-sitosterol in peanut varieties from Liaoning region were better than those from Henan and Shandong provinces.The contents of total vitamin E and zinc in peanut varieties from Henan were higher than those from Shandong and Liaoning.In Liaoning region,Huludao had a geographical advantage in peanut cultivation compared with Jinzhou Heishan,Yixian and Fuxin Fumeng counties.The content ofβ-sitosterol in‘Silihong’was higher than that in other varieties.
