Grain Inspection Technology and Its Application in Food Safety Assurance

随着经济的发展和居民生活条件的改善,人们对于食品质量的重视程度越来越高,食品安全问题成为社会各界关注的焦点。粮食检测技术作为粮食质量安全检测体系中的关键一环,在食品安全保障方面发挥着重要作用。基于此,本文在综述当前粮食检测技术的基础上,研究粮食检测技术在食品安全保障方面的应用,探索粮食检测技术存在的不足,并提出相应的对策,以期为提升食品质量、加强食品安全管理提供一定的借鉴和参考。

With the development of the economy and the improvement of living conditions for residents,people’s attention to food quality is increasing,and food safety issues have become the focus of attention from all sectors of society.As a crucial part of the food quality and safety inspection system,grain inspection technology plays an important role in ensuring food safety.Based on this,this article reviews the current grain inspection technology,studies the application of grain inspection technology in food safety assurance,explores the shortcomings of grain inspection technology,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide certain reference and guidance for improving food quality and strengthening food safety management.
