With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people not only pursue to eat enough,but also pay more attention to how to eat safely and healthily.Microbial contamination is one of the main factors leading to food safety risks,so it is very important to carry out food microbial detection.This paper expounds the significance of improving the quality of food microbial detection,analyzes the main factors affecting the detection quality control,and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the detection quality control,in order to provide reference for the high quality development of food microbial detection.
