摘要
为了简化国标《酿造食醋》(GB/T 18187—2000)中不挥发酸含量的检测方法,以二氧化硫残留量测定仪-电位滴定法测定食醋中不挥发酸的含量。结果表明,方法的相对偏差均小于1%,回收率在93.10%~96.30%。该方法的精密度高,操作简单,适用于批量蒸馏和测定。
In order to simplify the determination method of non-volatile acid content in GB/T 18187—2000,the sulfur dioxide residue tester-potentiometric titration method was used to determine the content of non-volatile acid in vinegar.The results show that the relative deviations of the methods are less than 1%,and the recoveries range from 93.10%to 96.30%.The method has high precision,simple operation and is suitable for batch distillation and determination.
