摘要
本文基于智能化技术,深入研究高校餐饮服务及管理模式,分析智能化技术在高校餐饮中应用的必要性及实践。在餐饮服务方面,主要应用智能化点餐系统、智能化供应链管理、智能化厨房设备等;在管理模式方面,主要应用大数据驱动优化决策管理、智慧餐厅服务与管理及智能物联网食品安全管理等,通过智能化技术,旨在提升高校餐饮服务的效率和质量,优化资源配置,降低运营成本。
Based on intelligent technology,this paper deeply studies the university catering service and management mode,analyzes the necessity and practice of the application of intelligent technology in college catering.In terms of catering service,it mainly applies intelligent ordering system,intelligent supply chain management,intelligent kitchen equipment,etc.In terms of management mode,it mainly applies big data to drive optimization decision management,smart restaurant service and management,and intelligent Internet of Things food safety management.It aims to improve the efficiency and quality of college catering services,optimize resource allocation and reduce operating costs.
