In recent years,food safety accidents have occurred frequently,and the state has paid more and more attention to food safety issues.In order to protect the health of the public,food safety authorities need to quickly and accurately assess the safety of food and take appropriate measures.With the development of big data technology,the application of big data analysis in food safety risk assessment is being widely explored.This article will focus on the importance,application forms and application strategies of big data analysis in food safety risk assessment,in order to provide more effective support for food safety management.
