丹芍降糖胶囊联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Danshaojiangtang Capsule Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的评估丹芍降糖胶囊与盐酸二甲双胍片联合用药治疗2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)的效果及其安全性。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年5月开平市中医院收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组予以盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用本院制备的丹芍降糖胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,包括治疗前后的血糖水平、总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组各项血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在盐酸二甲双胍片用药基础上联用丹芍降糖胶囊治疗T2DM,能有效提升患者血糖控制效果,优化治疗效果,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danshaojiangtang capsule combined with metformin hy⁃drochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 patients with T2DM who were treated at Kaiping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with Danshaojiangtang capsule prepared by the hospital on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were compared,including blood glucose levels before and after treatment,total effective rate,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the levels of blood glucose indicators the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of using metformin hydrochloride tablets,the combination of Danshaojiang⁃tang capsule can effectively improve the blood glucose control effect of patients with T2DM,optimize the treatment ef⁃fect,and have good safety.
