糖尿病患者在生化免疫检验过程中运用化学发光免疫测定技术检验的临床价值

Clinical Value of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay in Biochemical Immune Test of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨化学发光免疫测定技术检验在糖尿病患者筛查中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年2月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的125例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,以综合诊断作为金标准,分析患者的各项指标。结果经临床综合诊断,125例疑似糖尿病患者中122例患者被确诊为糖尿病。化学发光免疫检测出119例糖尿病,化学发光免疫检测的灵敏度为99.18%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为99.20%,kappa值为0.853。结论化学发光免疫测定技术检验在糖尿病患者筛查中的应用,有利于为糖尿病患者的临床诊疗奠定基础。

Objective To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the screening of dia⁃betic patients.Methods A total of one hundred and twenty-five patients with suspected diabetes admitted to Ningde Normal College Affiliated Ningde Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.Us⁃ing comprehensive diagnosis as the gold standard,the indexes of patients were analyzed.Results After comprehensive clinical diagnosis,122 of 125 suspected diabetic patients were diagnosed with diabetes.Chemiluminescence immuno⁃assay showed 119 diabetes patients.The sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 99.18%,the specificity was 100.00%,and the accuracy was 99.20%,the kappa value was 0.853.Conclusion The application of chemilumi⁃nescence immunoassay in the screening of diabetic patients is helpful to lay a foundation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients.
