半夏泻心汤治疗2型糖尿病寒热错杂证的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Type 2 Diabetes with Mixed Cold and Heat Syndrome

目的分析2型糖尿病寒热错杂证行半夏泻心汤治疗的价值。方法选取2022年11月—2023年11月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的92例2型糖尿病寒热错杂证患者为研究对象,使用骰子法分为比照组、治疗组,各46例。比照组行二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在比照组的基础上增加半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组血糖指标、中医证候积分和疗效。结果治疗前,两组3项血糖指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,两组3项血糖指标水平均降低,且治疗组低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组3项中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,两组3项中医证候积分均降低,且治疗组低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于比照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤能减轻2型糖尿病寒热错杂证患者的各种症状,降糖效果显著,能促进患者的康复。

Objective To analyze the value of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes with mixed cold and heat syndrome.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of them were of mixed cold and heat syndrome.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 46 cases in each group according to the method of rolling dice.The control group received treatment with metformin,while the treatment group received additional treatment with Banxia Xiexin Decoction based on the control group's treatment.Blood glu⁃cose index,symptom score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the 3 terms of blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients had no statistically significant difference(all P>0.05).After treatment,the 3 terms of blood glucose indexes of the two groups decreased,and the blood glucose in⁃dexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,the 3 terms of symptom scores of the two groups of patients had no statistically sig⁃nificant difference(all P>0.05).After treatment,the 3 terms of symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction can reduce the symptoms of patients with cold and heat syndrome of type 2 diabetes.It can produce a strong hypoglycemic mechanism with a high efficiency,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
