糖尿病临床护理过程中健康教育的应用效果评估分析

Assessment and Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Application of Health Education in the Clinical Care Process of Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨健康教育策略在糖尿病临床护理中的作用。方法选取南华大学附属第二医院于2021年10月—2023年10月收治的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签方式将患者分为两组,各40例。对比组行常规护理,研究组行常规护理+个性化健康教育。比较两组患者的血糖、自我管理能力、护理满意度。结果研究组的糖化血红蛋白(6.18±0.63)%、餐后2 h血糖(8.53±1.17)mmol/L、空腹血糖(7.15±1.36)mmol/L均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的自我管理能力评分(67.98±5.67)分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度为97.50%,明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病的常规护理过程中,以个性化健康教育策略进行联合护理,可以促使患者的自我管理能力提升,对控制血糖上升有积极影响。

Objective To explore the role of health education strategies in the clinical care of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random lottery.The comparison group received routine nursing,and the study group re⁃ceived routine nursing+personalized health education.Blood glucose,self-management ability and nursing satisfac⁃tion were compared between the two groups.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(6.18±0.63)%,2 h postpran⁃dial blood glucose(8.53±1.17)mmol/L and fasting blood glucose(7.15±1.36)mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the study group(67.98±5.67)points was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,which was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of routine care of diabetes mellitus,joint care with personalized health education strategy can lead to the improvement of patients'self-management ability,which has a positive impact on controlling the rise of blood glucose.
