摘要
目的探讨芍药甘草合补阳还五汤联合阿仑膦酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症(Postemenopausal Osteoporosis,PMOP)(肝肾亏虚型)临床疗效的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年6月贵州省骨科医院住院治疗的60例PMOP(肝肾亏虚型)患者为研究对象,采用信封抽签法均分为两组,每组30例,对照组单独予阿伦磷酸钠,治疗组在此基础上服用芍药甘草合补阳还五汤,治疗3个月后评估两组患者临床有效率、疼痛量表评分[视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、现时疼痛状况评分(Present Pain Intensity,PPI)、整体疼痛评估量表(Global Pain Scale,GPS)],以及两组治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的PPI、VAS、GPS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芍药甘草合补阳还五汤联合阿仑膦酸钠能够有效改善女性绝经后骨质疏松症,疗效较好,安全性有保障。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium on postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type).Methods 60 patients with PMOP(liver and kidney deficiency type)hospitalized in Guizhou Orthopaedic Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the researth objects and randomly divided into two groups by envelope drawing,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium alenophosphate alone,and the treatment group was given Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction on this basis.Clinical response rate,pain scale scores[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Pres⁃ent Pain Intensity(PPI),Global Pain Scale(GPS)],and adverse reactions during treatment were evaluated in both groups after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,PPI,VAS and GPS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the in⁃cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium can effectively improve the female postmenopausal osteoporosis,with good curative effect and guaranteed safety.
