摘要
目的探讨甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎(Sevsre Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia,SMPP)的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月新沂市人民医院收治的80例儿童SMPP患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分成两组,各40例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合甲泼尼龙治疗。比较两组的疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子、T细胞亚群水平。结果观察组有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.804,P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白介素-6、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素的应用提高了SMPP的疗效,减轻患儿的临床症状,改善患儿的免疫水平。
Objective To explore the effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of se⁃vere mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(SMPP)in children.Methods A total of 80 cases of pediatric SMPP patients admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the randomized numerical table method with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin treatment,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with methylpred⁃nisolone.The efficacy,the time of symptom disappearance,the level of inflammatory factors and T-cell subpopula⁃tions between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.804,P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance in observation group was earlier than that in control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and CD8^(+)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of glucocorticoids improved the efficacy of SMPP,alleviated the clinical symptoms of children and improved the immune level of children.
