阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种渐进性的神经退行性疾病,发病率逐年增高。然而针对AD经典发病机制研发的相关药物并未取得明显的治疗效果。近些年展开了众多关于AD发病机制、诊断及治疗的研究。本文综述了AD的病因、发病机制、临床表现和治疗方法,以期为AD预防和治疗提供了新的策略。

Al zheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerat ive disease with an increasing incidence year by year.However,the related drugs developed for the classic pathogenesis of AD have not achieved significant therapeutic effects.In recent years,many studies have been conducted on the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of AD.This ar ticle reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and therapeutic methods of AD in order to provide new strategies for its prevention and treatment.
