摘要
目的:探讨镜下椎间盘染色技术在腰椎内镜中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年2月拟行侧后路椎间孔镜手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者50例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组行镜下椎间盘染色,对照组不实施镜下椎间盘染色。对比两组围术期指标、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、并发症。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中髓核取出量多于对照组,有效透视次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:侧后路椎间孔镜手术中使用镜下椎间盘染色技术能够有效缩短手术时间,减少透视次数,提高髓核取出量,减轻患者疼痛程度,更好地改善腰椎功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of endoscopic disc staining in lumbar endoscopy.Methods:Fifty patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)who were to be treated by lateral and posterior foraminoscopy in hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 25 cases in each group according to random number table method.The study group was the group with endoscopic disc staining,and the control group was the group without endoscopic disc staining.Perioperative indexes,pain degree,lumbar function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time of the study group was shorter,the amount of nucleus pulposus extraction was more,and the number of effective fluoroscopy was less(P<0.05).The score of oswestry disability index(ODI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups were lower after surgery,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of endoscopic disc staining in lateral and posterior foraminoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the number of fluoroscopy,increase the amount of nucleus pulposus extraction,reduce the degree of pain,and better improve the lumbar function.
