基于数据挖掘的新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株治疗用药规律分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Drug Regularity of Novel Coronavirus Omicron Variant Strain Based on Data Mining

目的:通过数据挖掘方法,研究中医药治疗新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染的组方规律,为新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染的治疗提供参考。方法:收集2022年10月1日至2023年1月31日全国各省级行政单位及国家卫生健康委员会针对新型冠状病毒感染公布的最新成人轻中型治疗方剂,建立数据库,并利用IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0软件进行系统聚类分析,使用IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件对出现频次≥20次的高频中药进行Aprior算法分析,探究新型冠状病毒感染奥密克戎变异株流行期间成人轻中型治疗用药的规律。结果:共收录96首方剂,涉及中药130味,其中22味中药使用频次较高(≥20次),名列前5位分别为:甘草、苦杏仁、麻黄、黄芩、连翘;高频药物的药性多以性温,味辛、苦、甘为主,归经以肺、胃、脾经最多;得到药物关联规则10条,其中石膏-麻黄-苦杏仁的关联度最大。结论:2022年以来最新的轻、中型新型冠状病毒感染的中药治疗规律,治法上始终围绕湿毒致病的核心机制进行防治。本病初、中期治疗以扶持正气,解毒除湿为主,治疗上采用苦、辛温之药,取苦味能燥、辛温发散之效;药物归经以肺、胃、脾经为多,既扶正祛邪,亦重视脾胃后天之本。

Objective To study the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of novel coronavirus Omicron variant infection by data mining method,and to provide reference for the treatment of novel coronavirus Omicron variant infection.Methods The latest light and medium treatment prescriptions for novel coronavirus infection published by provincial administrative units and the National Health Commission from October 1,2022 to January 31,2023 for adults were collected,a database was established,and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used for systematic cluster analysis.IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software was used to analyze Aprior algorithm for high-frequency Chinese medicine with frequency≥20 times,and to explore the rule of light and medium therapeutic drugs used in adults during the epidemic of Omicron variant strain of novel coronavirus infection.Results A total of 96 prescriptions were included,involving 130 Chinese herbs,22 of which were used more frequently(≥20 times),and the top 5 were:licorice,bitter almond,ephedra,scutellaria,forsythia;The drug properties of high frequency Chinese herbs were mainly warm,spicy,bitter and sweet,and the meridians of the lungs,stomach,and spleen were the most common.Ten Chinese herb association rules were obtained,among which the association degree of gypsum,ephedra and bitter almond was the highest.Conclusion Since 2022,the latest traditional Chinese medicine treatment of light and medium novel coronavirus infection has always focused on the prevention and treatment of the core mechanism of damp toxin of traditional Chinese medicine.The early treatment of the disease to support the positive qi,detoxification dehumidification,the treatment of bitter,sin-warm medicine,take bitter can dry,sin-warm divergence effect.The meridians of drugs are mainly focused on the lungs,stomach,and spleen meridians,which not only strengthens the body and eliminates evil,but also attaches importance to the spleen and stomach.
