手术室精准护理模式联合术后激励式心理干预对子宫内膜癌患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Operating Room Precision Nursing Model Combined with Postoperative Incentive Psychological Intervention on Patients with Endometrial Cancer

目的:探索手术室精准护理模式联合术后激励式心理干预对子宫内膜癌患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至12月在周口市中心医院接受治疗的子宫内膜癌患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组实施手术室精准护理模式联合术后激励式心理干预。比较两组患者疼痛、复苏情况、术后并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:观察组患者术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者活动、意识及总分方面评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组患者功能、整体生活质量维度评分高于对照组,症状维度评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室精准护理模式联合激励式心理干预能够有效促进患者活动和意识的恢复,减轻患者疼痛,显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention on patients with endometrial cancer.Methods Ninety-two patients with endometrial cancer who received treatment in Zhoukou Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing method,and the observation group was treated with operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention.Pain,resuscitation,postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative visual analogue scales(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of activity,consciousness and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the functional and overall quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the symptom scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention can effectively promote the recovery of patients'activity and consciousness,reduce patients'pain,and significantly improve patients'quality of life.
