基于特殊人群需求的邮轮专用辅助移位入水产品设计策略研究

RESEARCH ON DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR CRUISE-SPECIFIC AUXILIARY WATER ENTRY PRODUCTS BASED ON THE NEEDS OF SPECIAL POPULATIONS

目的:针对邮轮旅游过程中老年人与下肢障碍者进出水域游玩的安全性,探索适应邮轮环境的辅助移位入水产品设计策略,满足老年人与下肢障碍者安全进出水域游玩的需求,帮助其轻松独立地完成出入水过程。方法:对相关文献和市场上现有辅助移位入水产品现状进行调研和分析,梳理邮轮水域环境类型与特征,探究邮轮环境中现有辅助移位入水产品的设计局限,对特殊人群行为特点和需求进行分析。结果:从产品的使用安全性、适应性及多功能和智能化出发,提出适合邮轮涉水环境的移位入水产品设计策略。结论:现有的辅助移位入水产品与邮轮的匹配度低,很难满足用户尤其是特殊人群的不同需求,本文所提策略可为邮轮专用辅助移位入水产品设计提供一定的参考。

Objective:Addressing the safety concerns of elderly individuals and those with lower limb impairments during cruise tourism,this study explores design strategies for auxiliary water entry products tailored to the cruise environment.The aim is to meet the safety requirements of elderly individuals and those with lower limb impairments,facilitating their independent and effortless entry into and exit from water areas.Methods:Conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of relevant literature and the current status of auxiliary water entry products in the market.The study also categorizes cruise water environment types and characteristics,examines the design limitations of existing auxiliary water entry products in cruise environments,and analyzes the behavioral characteristics and needs of special populations.Results:Based on considerations of product safety,adaptability,as well as multifunctionality and intellectualization,the study proposes design strategies for auxiliary water entry products suitable for cruise water environments.Conclusion:Existing auxiliary water entry products have limited compatibility with cruise environments,especially in meeting the diverse needs of special populations.The strategies presented in this paper can serve as valuable references for the design of dedicated auxiliary water entry products for cruise use.
