港产城融合发展视域下西咸新区空港新城公共空间环境评价及设计优化策略研究

RESEARCH ON EVALUATION OF THE PUBLIC SPACE IN AIRPORT NEW CITY OF XIXIAN NEW AREA AND DESIGN OPTIMIZATION STRATEGIES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF AIRPORT,INDUSTRY AND CITY

西咸新区空港新城位于陕西省,是依托临空经济优势而打造的城市新区。本文基于港产城融合发展视域下影响空港新城公共空间的因素,采用AHP层次分析法建立空港新城公共空间环境的评价体系,并通过问卷调查法邀请市民和游客评价空港新城公共空间环境。结果表明,空港新城公共空间环境在城市文化挖掘与展现、“文化+智慧化”发展、文化体验等方面有待提升。基于此,本研究提出港产城融合发展视域下的公共空间设计优化策略,旨在为改善空港新城公共空间环境提供参考借鉴。

Located in Shaanxi Province,the Airport New City of Xixian New Area is a new urban area built on the advantage of airport economy.From the perspective of the integrated development of airport,industry and city,the paper figures out factors affecting the public space of the Airport New City,based on which it establishes a system to evaluate the public space of the Airport New City by means of the AHP method.In addition,citizens and tourists are invited to evaluate the public space of the Airport New City through questionnaires.The results show that the public space of the Airport New City is at the average level,as it underperforms in the digging and presenting of the urban culture,the development of“Culture plus Intelligence”,as well as the creating of cultural experiences.Therefore,the study proposes optimization strategies for designing the public space from the perspective of the integrated development of airport,industry and city,aiming to provide a reference for how to improve the public space of the Airport New City.
